Eligibility Criteria
1. RegTech Award Nominations must be a member of the Canadian RegTech Association, or if not a member, a Canadian corporation or have a Canadian presence through an office location.
Vendor Solutions Awards Nomination Criteria
1. The nomination must clearly describe the problem statement(s) that the solution is able to address. The nomination should clearly outline how the solution addresses considerations such as timeliness, effectiveness, accuracy, and efficiency, etc.
2. The nomination should demonstrate commercial feasibility through at least three completed implementations and describe one implementation including the problem statement and solution; supported by one client reference.
3. The client reference supporting the nomination should include a solution that is in production and addresses the problem statement. The reference should be dated within the last year, and emailed to awards@canadianregtechawards.ca.
4. The nomination should specify specific regulations in Canada that the solution is able to address/support a FI's adherence with meeting the compliance obligations (e.g. OSFI-B10, NI31-103, etc.).
* This is the minimum criteria for submission, the nomination can be supplemented with additional content to support the submission
Industry Collaborations Award Nomination Criteria
1. The nomination must clearly describe the problem statement(s) that the solution is able to address. The solution should be implemented and complete as opposed to in-planning or in-flight.
2. The nomination must describe the 3 business objectives for the engagement and how the deliverable met the objectives, highlighting the strength of the collaboration and how collectively the parties worked together.
3. The nomination should specify specific regulations in Canada that the solution is able to address/support a FI's adherence with meeting the compliance obligations (e.g. OSFI-B10, NI31-103, etc.).
Individual Award Nomination Criteria
1. The nomination must provide at least three letters of commendation from internal or external stakeholders that clearly describes how this individual excelled in 2022. Commendation letters should be emailed to awards@canadianregtechawards.ca.
